However, please be advised: refunds are generally not possible, except in cases where a compelling reason is provided.
In situations where a pack doesn't meet your expectations, contact us with your order number, specifying the reason for your dissatisfaction. - Refunds for bundles are partial (equivalent to one sample pack) due to the bundled nature of these products.
- Upon refund issuance, the right to use any Samplesphere files in your productions is forfeited. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
- A refund is eligible for 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Only one refund is permitted every six months. Once a refund is issued, a new refund request is eligible after a waiting period of six months from the order date.
- A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request is required.
- Refunds are not granted for accidental purchases. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct product is ordered.
